Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped twice per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Orders placed before Wednesday at 7:00 PM EST will ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next scheduled Tuesday.

Delivery Timeframes

All seafood is shipped via UPS expedited services to help ensure freshness.

Estimated delivery is typically 1–2 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer the following expedited shipping options at checkout:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air

Please note that all orders still follow our weekly Tuesday shipping schedule, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared in advance of shipment. You may receive a tracking number before your order has physically shipped.

Shipping Method and Packaging

All seafood is shipped frozen in insulated packaging with cooling materials designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

It is normal for cooling materials, such as dry ice or gel packs, to partially or fully dissipate during shipping.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.

We do not require a signature upon delivery. UPS may leave packages at its discretion.

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, it is considered fulfilled.

Delays and Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Weekend Shipping

We do not ship for weekend delivery. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays to avoid extended transit times and help maintain product quality.

Receiving Your Order

Seafood is highly perishable and must be opened and properly refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

Failure to promptly retrieve and properly store the package may impact product quality and may affect eligibility for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
