Perishable Products (Seafood)
Due to the highly perishable nature of our seafood products, all sales of perishable items are final.
Perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or unsafe upon delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Damaged, Thawed, or Incorrect Orders
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The product(s), including any visible damage
- The interior packaging
- The exterior shipping box
- The shipping label
Photos must clearly show the condition of the items at the time of delivery.
Claims are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
We may request additional photos or information to properly review your claim.
Shipping & Transit Conditions
All seafood is carefully packaged with insulation and cooling materials to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Orders are shipped on a structured weekly schedule to help ensure products arrive in proper condition.
While we carefully time our Tuesday shipping schedule to prevent extended transit periods, shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues may occasionally occur.
If a transit delay impacts the temperature and safety of your seafood upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can initiate a claim and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package and properly store the contents upon delivery.
Seafood is highly perishable and must be opened and properly refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery. Failure to promptly retrieve and store the package may impact product quality and may affect eligibility for a resolution.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-perishable returns, and no restocking fees will be applied.
Return instructions will be provided once the return request is approved.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy and to limit repeated claims.
