Wild Alaskan Copper River Sockeye Salmon Patties

Ingredients

Time to cook:  5 minutes

Ingredients
  • ​1 Lb. Copper River Sockeye Salmon patty meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Minced garlic & onion to taste
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  • Heat pan to a medium high temp
  • Mix salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion in a bowl
  • form meat into patties
  • Oil pan and add patties for 3 minutes
  • Flip patties and let cook for 2 more minutes
  • Take patties out of pan and let rest for 1 minute before serving any way you want
